Program (Not Required): Audiology, Dental Assistant, Dental Hygienist, Dentistry, Emergency Services, Health Care Assistant, Laboratory Technology, Medical School, Medical Sciences, Nursing, Optician, Palliative Care, Paramedic, Pathology, Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician, Physiotherapy, or Speech Therapy
School (Not Required): Northern Alberta Institute of Technology or Southern Alberta Institute of Technology
Additional Notes
- Must be accepted to and enrolled in a Healthcare related program
- Students in a radiologic technology program will receive special consideration
- Students from small, rural areas will receive special consideration
- Students accepted into a program right after high school completion will receive special consideration
- Students attending NAIT or SAIT will receive special consideration
- Students of indigenous descent will receive special consideration.
About Scholarship
My scholarship aims to support students who were lesser known in High school- the ones who blended into the background. This scholarship is for dedicated, academically committed students who found their passion early in life. This student was not often recognized for their achievements. This student may not have particularly excelled in athletics. This student kept their head down, worked hard, and took advantage of opportunities offered to them. This scholarship will support students who deserve recognition for their efforts.
